Combine Physical and Mental Exercises

Combining physical and mental activities is essential for maintaining a strong physique and good mental health. Therefore, to have a good sleep, one needs to learn to use the body and mind scientifically. Moreover, if people do not engage in physical activities for a long time, their limb functions will gradually decline and atrophy, affecting the functions of internal organs and mental activities. This can lead to a weakened immune system and various diseases, with insomnia being one of the common problems.

Strengthen Mental Resilience

Nowadays, many people tend to have overly high expectations of themselves. These people have had a smooth journey from school to family life and lack negative mental training and education.
